Luz de Mono features some of Costa Rica's most interesting artists and musicians. With regular art exhibits of local artists, and concerts, in the restaurant, guests enjoy a sense of creativity and sophistication unknown in this isolated corner of Costa Rica. The hotel is host to a yearly gathering of artists - a festival known as "Chunches de Mar," as well as a Music festival of local musicians.
